“HEI YIN” introduces 3 auspicious set menus for the Chinese New Year celebration Indulge in an array of delectable authentic Cantonese recipes that will bring good luck into life
“HEI YIN” the authentic Cantonese restaurant at Gaysorn Village invites everyone to celebrate the 2022 Chinese New Year with three auspicious set menus meticulously crafted by highly experienced Hong Kong chefs that will bring good luck, wealth, and good health in the Year of the Tiger. The auspicious set menus are available from 29 January – 5 February 2022
HEI YIN’s three multi-course meal sets are made with the finest ingredients, mostly imported straight from Hong Kong to ensure the quality and to best imitate the original flavors. Each set menu comprises nine authentic Cantonese recipes.
1) Set Gong Xi Fa Cai (THB46,800 ++ for 10 persons) includes Abalone and Salmon Salad “Yu Sheng”, “HEI YIN” Style Boneless Chicken Stuffed with Shark’s Fin in Supreme Broth, Lychee Wood Roasted Hong Kong Suckling Pig, Luxurious Abalone Poon Choi, Braised Premium Fish Maw with Japanese Sea Cucumber in Abalone Sauce, Steamed Sri Lankan Prawns with Garlic and Glass Noodles, Steamed Red Grouper with Superior Soya Sauce, Steamed Sticky Rice with Chinese Sausage, and Steamed Glutinous Rice Flour Filled with Custard Cream and Golden Buns with Lotus Seed Paste, a delightful dessert to finish off the meal.
2) Set Powerful (THB43,800 ++ for 10 persons) consists of Abalone and Salmon Salad “Yu Sheng”, Braised Superior Whole Shark’s Fin in Brown Soup, Lychee Wood Roasted Peking Duck, Luxurious Abalone Poon Choi, Stir-fried Sliced Conch and Prawns with Broccoli and Sichuan Sauce, Stir-fried Hokkaido Scallops with Pok Choi and Salted Egg Yolk Sauce, Steamed Pearl Grouper with Superior Soya Sauce, Canadian Lobster with Egg Noodles in Supreme Stock, and Steamed Glutinous Rice Flour Filled with Custard Cream and Golden Buns with Lotus Seed Paste as after-meal dessert.
3) Set Lucky & Happiness (THB25,800 ++ for 10 persons) features Salmon Salad “Yu Sheng”, Superior Lobster Bisque with Abalone, Fish Maw and Shredded Chicken, Lychee Wood Roasted Peking Duck, Luxurious Abalone Poon Choi, Stir-fried Broccoli with Crab Meat, Braised Fish Maw and Goose Webs with Abalone Sauce, Steamed Garoupa with Superior Soya Sauce, Sri Lankan Prawns with Egg Noodles in Supreme Stock, and Steamed Glutinous Rice Flour Filled with Custard Cream and Golden Buns with Lotus Seed Paste.

Starting from January 29 onwards, HEI YIN will be open daily: Monday – Friday from 11AM – 10PM (Last order 9:30PM) and Saturday – Sunday from 10.30AM – 10PM (Last order 9:30PM).
